Editing Structures
Structures can be edited in several ways. Individual atoms and bonds can be changed directly -- see Adding or Changing Atoms and Adding or Changing Bonds for information on these procedures. Undo and Redo provide multiple levels of undo and redo to revert to previous structures. A molecule on screen can also be automatically reformatted to a standardized format using Clean.
Molecules can be moved on Screen by using Move or Select. The latter option also allows reorganizing molecules by moving only certain atoms relative to the rest of the structure, and can also be used to delete portions of the structure.
