Paste
Main Drawing Window
Paste is an option on the Edit menu that will draw either a MOLfile or a SMILES string that has been previously placed on the Windows Clipboard. MSC Pro does not interpret SMILES strings natively, but rather uses babel magic (see Acknowledgments) to convert the SMILES string into a MOLfile and then pastes the MOLfile into MSC.
Mass Spec Digitizer
Paste is an option on the Digitizer Edit menu. If you have previously saved a structure as a bitmap to the Clipboard, clicking Paste will draw it on the screen and replace any structure that might already be present. Save the structure before continuing.
